Membership
Our annual club membership runs from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 and we have a range of options including full senior, family, junior and student summer memberships.
You can download the new membership form here. Please complete the form and return it to the membership secretary by post or pop it in the mailbox at the clubhouse.
Upon joining you will receive an electronic key fob for entry into the club courts, the clubhouse with toilet facilities and the courts at Ponteland Community Primary School (PCPS) and access to all club play sessions.
We also offer a Weekend Plus Membership to play on the three Ponteland Community Primary School courts between 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 during out-of-school hours. Adults are £38.50, Juniors (under 18 years) £27.50 and a Family Membership (2 adults and 2 juniors) is £104.50. Upon joining you will be given a key fob to enter the courts and copy of the bye-laws. Entry to the courts is allowed Monday to Thursday 5 pm to 10 pm (term time), 9 am to 10 pm (school holidays) Fridays 5pm to 8pm (term time), 9am to 8 pm (school holidays) and Saturday & Sundays 9am to 6pm. Please note that there are no toilet facilities at these courts. These courts are owned and operated by Ponteland Community Primary School. Ponteland Tennis Club operates the Weekend Plus Membership at these courts on behalf of PCPS. Weekend Plus Membership does not include access to the courts at the Ponteland Tennis Club.
